Salesperson – Fitness Equipment

About the role

Wellness Pro is seeking a full‑time Salesperson to join its Santo Domingo office. You will be responsible for driving sales of premium gym and fitness equipment to gyms, hotels, residential complexes, and corporate wellness centers across the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, engage, and nurture new and existing clients.
• Deliver product presentations and live demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with logistics and service teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Provide after‑sales support to build long‑term relationships.
• Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in fitness, sports, or equipment sectors.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships through outbound prospecting and account management.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating with internal teams.
• High ethical standards and professional demeanor.
• Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in standard office software for tracking opportunities and preparing proposals.
