Sales Officer, Sales Rep & Site Clerk – Distrito Nacional & Ciudad Juan Bosch

About the role

We are expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our team in the Dominican Republic. Three open positions are available: a Sales Officer with documentation experience in Distrito Nacional, a Sales Representative working weekends in Ciudad Juan Bosch (Santo Domingo East), and a Site Clerk (Listero de Obra) with data‑entry skills and own vehicle in the same area.

Key responsibilities

• Sales Officer: manage client documentation, process orders, maintain records, and support the sales pipeline.
• Sales Representative: contact prospective customers, present offers, close sales, and work on Saturdays and Sundays as required.
• Site Clerk: record daily work progress, digitize reports, transport tools or materials using personal vehicle, and assist site supervisors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the respective function (sales documentation, sales, or site data entry).
• Strong commitment, reliability and ability to work independently.
• For the Site Clerk, ownership of a motor vehicle is mandatory.
• Availability to work weekends for the Sales Representative role.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for documentation and digitization.
• Effective communication with clients and internal teams.
• Organizational skills to keep records up‑to‑date.
