Sales Development Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Development Associate to drive outbound sales and support growth for a US‑based real estate media and photography company. The role focuses on building awareness, maintaining consistent follow‑up, and nurturing prospects through the early stages of the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make 250–300 outbound calls per week to prospective clients, following approved scripts and objection‑handling guidelines.
• Log call outcomes and notes accurately in the CRM.
• Maintain and organize CRM records, execute follow‑up tasks, and manage nurture sequences.
• Assist with email campaigns, light outreach support, and basic lead research.
• Support list building, lead qualification, and conduct first‑touch or follow‑up calls as assigned.

Required profile

• Comfortable making daily outbound phone calls.
• Clear, professional verbal communication in English.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Self‑directed, reliable, and able to work remotely.

Required skills

• Zoho CRM (or similar CRM tools).
• Proficiency with spreadsheets.

What we offer

• Full‑time position (40 hours/week) with a base salary of DOP 34,500.
• Commission potential up to DOP 50,000.
