About the role
nTherm is hiring motivated, English-speaking Sales Agents for an on-site position in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. The schedule is Monday to Friday, full time.
Required profile
- Advanced English communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset, motivated and goal-driven
- Ability to work in a team
- Availability to work on-site in Santiago; previous call center or sales experience is a plus
What we offer
- Starting salary of RD$250 per hour, rising to about RD$370 per hour depending on performance and eligibility
- Daily SPIFF incentives of up to US$60 and weekly performance incentives
- Sales commissions and top performer and rookie of the week rewards
