Revit Structural Designer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Structural Designer with strong technical skills to join our engineering team. You will prepare accurate calculations, load path layouts, and construction drawings for residential and commercial projects while ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural calculations for gravity, lateral, foundation, and retaining systems.
• Design wood‑frame assemblies (shear walls, joists, beams) and reinforced concrete elements (foundations, slabs, columns).
• Develop detailed structural plans, sections, and framing details using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate designs with architects, engineers, and project leads to ensure constructability.
• Maintain strict compliance with building codes such as IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318, and NDS.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize work, and keep thorough records.
• Analytical mindset for identifying risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Reliability in following through to completion of tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with structural analysis software such as Enercalc, RISA, WoodWorks, or RAM.
