About the role

We are looking for an organized, client‑focused Reservation Planning Coordinator to research options, coordinate reservations, and manage details throughout the planning process. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, enjoys helping others, and can keep multiple requests organized while providing professional, timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services.
• Assist with planning, coordinating, and reviewing reservation availability.
• Provide confirmations, updates, and relevant information to clients.
• Handle modifications, special requests, and maintain accurate client and reservation records.
• Follow up on pending requests and coordinate with service providers as needed.
