About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues for our clients. The role requires delivering fast, courteous, and high-quality support while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
Provide clear information about products and services.
Process requests, complaints, and case files.
Accurately record all interactions in the internal system.
Follow up on open cases when necessary.
Meet established service indicators and quality standards.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or a call‑center environment (preferred).
Strong verbal communication and customer‑orientation.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Required skills

Basic computer proficiency.
