Rent Manager & Tenant Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Rent Manager & Tenant Support Specialist to assist our U.S.-based property management clients. The role blends administrative coordination, financial data entry, and day‑to‑day property support using the Rent Manager software platform.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update property records in Rent Manager.
• Enter bills, expenses, rent payments, and other financial data.
• Support lease administration and manage tenant records.
• Track rent collection activities and ensure accurate payment records.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, update ticket statuses, and keep digital documentation organized.
• Verify data accuracy and uphold system integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely task execution.
• Assist with reporting and operational follow‑up.

Required profile

• Experience in administrative support, real‑estate operations, property management, accounting support, or data entry.
• Familiarity with Rent Manager software is mandatory.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Intermediate to advanced English comprehension and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with financial and operational software.
