Remote Spanish‑Speaking Medical Doctor Assistant (Bilingual)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Medical Doctor Assistant to provide patient‑centered care in a telehealth setting. The role involves documenting encounters, supporting clinicians, and conducting outbound and inbound patient communications.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately document patient histories, examinations, procedures, and treatment plans in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure complete and timely documentation.
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Conduct telehealth consultations via video or telephone.
• Initiate outbound patient calls and handle inbound calls as needed.
• Follow agency protocols and supervisory guidance for all patient interactions.
• Perform additional tasks related to the position as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in medicine.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Availability to work 9:00 AM‑5:00 PM EST.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and high‑speed internet.

Required skills
