Remote Patient Care Specialist – Bilingual English/Spanish

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Remote Patient Care Specialist who can communicate fluently in English and Spanish. Working from home, you will support patients and health‑plan members through phone and email, handling appointment scheduling, plan enrollment, and general inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to email inquiries, providing accurate information.
• Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm medical appointments.
• Enroll members in health plans and explain plan details.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.
• Provide information on test results and expected turnaround times when applicable.
• Ensure high‑quality service to achieve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Fluent verbal and written Spanish.
• Availability to work 9:00 AM‑5:00 PM EST.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in customer service; healthcare experience is a plus.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
