Remote Data Entry Specialist – Talent Acquisition Support

About the role

BairesDev, a technology company with more than 15 years of experience and a remote team of 4,000+ people, is looking for Data Entry profiles to join its Talent Acquisition Team. The role takes part in projects carried out by multicultural teams spread around the world, supporting the recruiting area in candidate identification and initial contact.

Key responsibilities

• Support the recruiting area in identifying and making initial contact with potential candidates.
• Propose new ways to find candidates.
• Identify improvements in the current processes of the recruiting area.
• Manage postings on the job portals used and evaluate the candidates who apply.
• Analyse professional profiles found on job portals for the open searches.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work in a team.
• At least one year of previous work experience (a plus).
• Advanced English level.
