Regional Logistics Business Partner

About the role

Tearfund is looking for an experienced Regional Logistics Business Partner to strengthen logistics and procurement across its Eurasia & North Africa (ENA) programmes. You will work closely with the Global Logistics team and regional partners to ensure high‑quality operational delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee logistics and procurement support for ENA country programmes, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
• Provide high‑level technical advice and procurement services to regional teams.
• Collaborate with the Global Logistics team and other regional Business Partners to share best practices and develop shared resources.
• Deliver training, mentoring and short‑term operational support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to policies, create new guidelines when needed, and devise creative solutions to complex logistical challenges.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related humanitarian field.
• Significant hands‑on experience in logistics, supply chain management and procurement within humanitarian or development contexts.
• Proven experience providing strategic logistics advisory, conducting procurement services and managing supply chains across multiple country programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, adapt and apply logistics policies in fast‑moving environments.
• Strong capacity‑building, training, mentoring and coaching skills.
• Experience in financial management, budgeting and logistics procedures linked to operational delivery.
