Recruiting Specialist (STI)

About the role

Horatio is looking for a Recruiting Specialist to support the day-to-day and strategic recruitment goals of the company. The role covers recruitment and sourcing, resume review and phone screening, data tracking and organization, employee onboarding, and general HR duties.

Key responsibilities

• Review applications and interview applicants to gather work history, education, training, skills and salary expectations, and share information about the organization and the position
• Use sourcing tools and techniques such as online social networking, traditional networking, searches and referrals to find and attract candidates
• Fill staffing needs promptly and keep a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Run the candidate assessment process and keep its results
• Exercise sound judgment in HR matters, policy interpretation and conflict resolution
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required profile

• Advanced or fluent English; bilingualism is required
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or a recruiting/sourcing role
• Senior student of Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, self-starter and able to prioritize multi-task projects

Required skills

• Proficiency with candidate sources and recruiting systems
• Team-oriented and able to build positive working relationships
