Quality Systems Manager

About the role

Integer is seeking a Quality Systems Manager to lead a team of quality professionals and ensure the robustness of its Quality Management System (QMS) across manufacturing sites or business categories. The role focuses on maintaining compliance, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of quality specialists.
• Establish, maintain, and evolve the local QMS to align with Integer’s global standards.
• Conduct assessments and audits of manufacturing sites or business units.
• Identify gaps in processes and systems, implement corrective actions, and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, EMS, company policies, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Promote a culture of quality and accountability throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading quality teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical device and high‑end niche battery production.
• Ability to develop and execute improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

• Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation and maintenance.
• Environmental Management Systems (EMS) knowledge.
