Quality Inspector I-2

About the role

Integer is seeking a Quality Inspector I-2 to ensure high levels of quality and excellence for all production requirements. The role involves visual and manual inspection of products in a cleanroom environment, using microscopes and precision tools.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on components, assemblies, final packaging, and labels.
• Follow and document procedures for in‑process and final inspections.
• Ensure product budget evaluations are accurate and completed on time.
• Comply with Integer’s values and all safety, environmental, and quality management system requirements, including FDA regulations.
• Work in a clean area using microscopes, calipers, and other small measurement tools.

Required profile

• Minimum education: High school diploma (required); college student or quality certification preferred.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role.
• Effective oral and written communication in Spanish and English.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and results orientation.

Required skills

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and dimensions.
• Experience with measurement tools such as calipers.
• Operation of microscopes for inspection.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO standards for medical device manufacturing (preferred).
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (English preferred).
