Program Manager

About the role

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross‑functional teams on globally integrated new product development programs. The role focuses on delivering projects on schedule, within cost targets, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional project teams through a phased gated process framework.
• Manage deliverables to ensure alignment with committed schedules, cost goals, constraints, and product quality.
• Communicate project status across the organization and support Eaton’s MCCB, ACB, medium‑voltage circuit breakers, vacuum interrupters, and meters & relays product lines.
• Drive continuous improvement in program management practices and team excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a combination of project management and product development.
• PMP or equivalent certification and proficiency with the PMBOK toolset.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• PMP certification (or equivalent).
• PMBOK methodology.
• Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
• New Product Introduction (NPI) program experience.
