Quality Engineer - II (Operations)

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer – II to join the Operations team at B. Braun Dominican Republic. The role focuses on monitoring product quality, analysing data trends and driving corrective actions to ensure compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and verify that data trending and analysis are performed according to company procedures.
• Initiate CAPA investigations promptly to address adverse quality trends.
• Ensure CAPA actions are executed on schedule and effectively mitigate quality issues.
• Escalate product quality concerns to management when necessary.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Minimum three years of experience in a quality‑related role.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.

• CAPA management.
• Data analysis and trend monitoring.
