Quality Automation Engineer

About the role

Flash is looking for a skilled Quality Automation Engineer to join its Santo Domingo team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining automated test suites that ensure the reliability and scalability of our parking and charging software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites covering functional and non‑functional aspects of the application.
• Extend and improve existing test frameworks and tools to increase testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test strategies, create test plans, and write detailed test cases.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for continuous testing and rapid releases.
• Participate in design and feature reviews, providing a quality perspective and identifying testability risks.
• Log, track, and verify defects, working closely with developers to resolve root causes.
• Support performance and security testing efforts and help maintain stable test environments.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for software quality.
• Experience working in an agile, cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GitHub Actions.
• Experience using Jenkins for CI/CD.
• Hands‑on experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
