Purchasing Manager

About the role

Sunbrite Outdoor Furniture is seeking a Purchasing Manager to own the end‑to‑end buying process, from creating purchase orders to ensuring timely delivery while controlling costs. This fully remote position supports the company’s growth across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Create, issue and manage purchase orders with accurate pricing, specifications and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Track production and shipping schedules, proactively addressing any delays.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align purchasing activities with project timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs for upcoming projects.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve margins through smarter purchasing decisions.
• Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or order discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting in HubSpot and QuickBooks Online.
• Continuously improve purchasing workflows and processes.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• 2–5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a sense of ownership.
• Experience in furniture, manufacturing or construction procurement is a plus.
