Purchasing and Supplier Quality Analyst

About the role

The Purchasing and Supplier Quality Analyst supports procurement operations with a strong quality focus. You will manage the Approved Supplier List, corrective and preventive actions, supplier corrective action requests, non‑conformance reports and supplier change requests while driving supplier‑related projects across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Approved Supplier List (ASL) and related documentation.
• Coordinate CAPA, SCAR, NCR and SCR processes to ensure timely resolution.
• Lead supplier qualification, qualification audits and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, quality and regulatory teams to guarantee regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO 13485, MDSAP, RoHS, REACH).
• Use Oracle ERP (or equivalent) to track supplier performance, orders and corrective actions.
• Prepare and present reports on supplier quality metrics and project status.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, quality or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years experience in procurement and/or supplier quality within a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharma or aerospace.
• Hands‑on experience with CAPA, SCAR, NCR and SCR processes.
• Proven ability to manage supplier qualification and compliance documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills with the capacity to work across remote teams.

Required skills

• Oracle ERP (or similar procurement system).
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: FDA, ISO 13485, MDSAP, RoHS, REACH.
