Project Supervisor Contractors – Architects & Engineers – Temporary

About the role

The incumbent is accountable for developing and constructing assigned projects such as new meetinghouses, CES seminaries, small institutes, welfare projects, and larger R&I projects. The role focuses on meeting cost, quality, and timeliness standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage service providers (architects, consultants, contractors) to achieve performance standards.
• Analyze project information continuously to improve performance.
• Support Operations and Maintenance functions with expertise as needed.
• Ensure timely, cost‑effective acquisition of real‑estate properties.
• Provide project management support to stake presidents within policy.
• Share expertise to develop peers and improve professional competence.

Required profile

• BS or SA in construction management, engineering, architecture or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of construction field experience (management, project manager, superintendent).
• Proven leadership, business, management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate respectfully with ecclesiastical leaders, real‑estate reps, architects, engineers, contractors, officials and community groups.
• Public‑relations skills and ability to manage multiple projects and people.
