About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale construction projects. The role involves overseeing planning, execution and delivery while ensuring budget, schedule and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
  • Monitor financial performance, control costs and ensure adherence to the approved budget.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
  • Implement quality assurance processes throughout construction.
  • Identify risks, propose corrective actions and make strategic decisions to keep the project on track.

Required profile

  • Civil Engineering degree.
  • More than 8 years of experience leading construction projects.
  • Proven track record as a Project Manager or equivalent role.
  • Strong orientation to results and ability to make strategic decisions.
