Project Manager (Construction / Retail)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and monitoring of construction and store‑remodeling initiatives. The role ensures that each project meets its defined scope, schedule, budget and quality standards while supporting our retail expansion strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate multidisciplinary workshops to define project scope, deliverables, tasks, timelines, team composition and risk‑mitigation plans.
• Define, monitor and enforce the commitment plan for each initiative, coordinating all stakeholders to achieve stage‑gate objectives.
• Manage project resources—including time, budget and personnel—to maintain control over execution.
• Review and validate time and cost deliverables from internal and external teams, ensuring alignment with target value and schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum three years of experience managing construction projects.
• Experience handling budgets and project evaluation (preferred).
• Knowledge of project‑management methodologies; PMP certification is a plus.
• Intermediate English proficiency (desired).
