About the role

The Finishing Supervisor will plan, coordinate and oversee the execution of all finishing works for residential units, ensuring compliance with quality standards, technical specifications and project schedules up to final hand‑over to the client.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and contractors on site, guaranteeing adherence to drawings, technical specifications and defined quality standards.
• Monitor and follow up workshops of all contractors involved in the finishing stage.
• Ensure correct execution of all finishes, including flooring, painting, plaster, windows, doors, kitchens, sanitary fixtures, electrical installations and other visible details.
• Track progress against the schedule, identify deviations and apply corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain constant communication with site management and other departments to align activities.
• Prepare and manage punch‑list items for each apartment and coordinate their resolution until closure.
• Verify completed works such as floor and coating installation, wall finishes in bathrooms and kitchens, door and window installation, painting, kitchen and closet installation, sanitary and electrical installations, ceiling works, drywall, metal railings, granite stair steps, laundry areas and exterior plaster.
• Ready apartments for delivery by coordinating with supervision and sales teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction finishing works.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, punch‑list items and on‑site documentation.
• Effective communication with site management and cross‑functional teams.
