Project Advisor – Construction Sector (Santo Domingo)

About the role

The Project Advisor – Construction Sector will act as the main point of contact for clients in Santo Domingo, identifying sales opportunities and recommending the best solutions for their construction projects. This full‑time, on‑site position combines sales expertise with technical knowledge of architecture and light‑construction products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct on‑site visits and presentations to understand client needs.
• Prepare and submit detailed project proposals and quotations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience in sales and advisory within the construction sector, preferably with light‑construction projects.
• Strong negotiation, client‑management and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own vehicle and residence in Santo Domingo.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to read architectural plans and create quotations using AutoCAD.
