Production Supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor leads manufacturing associates in one or more value streams, ensuring safety, quality, cost, delivery and people performance goals are met while aligning with Integer’s Production System and company values.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to manufacturing associates across value streams or departments.
• Achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People performance targets.
• Coordinate resources and equipment efficiently to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, FDA regulations, safety, environmental, security and company policies.
• Lead manufacturing excellence initiatives including enterprise alignment, sustained change, standardization (5S, visual controls, Manufacturing Standard Work), associate engagement and systems optimization.

Required profile

• Commitment to Integer’s values and adherence to safety, environmental, security and quality standards.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership competencies.
• Experience supervising manufacturing teams in a regulated environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of 5S workplace organization.
• Experience with Manufacturing Standard Work and visual controls.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
