About the role
The Production Supervisor – II leads a team of manufacturing associates to ensure daily operations meet established production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets. This role focuses on maintaining product quality, controlling waste, and guaranteeing a safe work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise day‑to‑day activities of the production team.
- Monitor product quality and output volume, adjusting tasks, timing, equipment set‑up, or inputs as needed.
- Ensure all production activities are performed safely through effective supervision.
- Train associates on organizational operating procedures and standards.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to identify and resolve improvement opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
