Product Manager Software

About the role

Licencias Online is looking for a dynamic Product Manager to lead the commercial management of software solutions in the Dominican Republic. You will drive business strategy, develop sales channels, and ensure the successful launch and adoption of new products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand‑specific business strategies and recruit new sales channels.
• Prepare quotations, detect opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Coordinate with marketing‑generated leads and provide product training to clients and sales teams.
• Support internal and external teams, monitor pipeline, forecast, and report performance.
• Lead new project development, assign pre‑sales activities, and manage relationships with manufacturers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned software brands.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of sales experience, preferably with software licensing (e.g., Palo Alto, CyberArk, Oracle, Suse).
• Strong commercial acumen, quota responsibility, and ability to work in a team.
• Technical understanding of IT security, virtualization, and business‑level English.
• University degree or near graduation in a commercial or technical field.
• Willingness to travel and experience with ethical AI integration (Copilot, ChatGPT, DALL‑E, Gemini).
