Product Designer QIK

About the role

The Product Designer will lead the conceptualisation and design of digital solutions, creating simple and elegant interfaces that meet high quality standards. You will work within an agile, cross‑functional product team to translate client needs into visual experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Research client needs, generate concepts and design visual interfaces.
• Present design proposals to multidisciplinary teams for decision‑making.
• Deliver aesthetically pleasing product experiences and maintain visual hierarchy.
• Define visual style and brand positioning based on design principles.
• Develop prototypes together with interaction designers to validate user requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders throughout design and development cycles.
• Design product simulations, ensuring accuracy, interactivity and scalability.
• Maintain consistency across solutions by working closely with other designers.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications or a related field.
• Strong understanding of institutional policies and procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience using OmniGraffle, Balsamiq, Axure, InVision and Sketch.
• Optional knowledge of After Effects.
• Basic familiarity with HTML5, CSS and JavaScript (optional).
