Part-time Visual Designer for E‑commerce & Advertising

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Visual Designer to support a technology client operating in retail, e‑commerce and digital advertising. This part‑time, on‑demand contract focuses on creating customized visual materials for sales presentations and digital publishing environments, primarily using Figma.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt existing Figma templates to match the visual identity and layout of various online newspapers, magazines and media platforms.
• Review prospect websites to extract key visual elements such as typography, colors, imagery and spacing.
• Create high‑fidelity digital mockups that illustrate how branded content or advertising experiences would appear within a publication.
• Update typography, color palettes, layouts and visual framing across pitch materials and presentation assets.
• Prepare visual assets and video frames for customized sales presentations.
• Make occasional updates to presentation decks, digital collateral and other visual materials as needed.
• Collaborate closely with sales and production teams to deliver polished materials within tight turnaround times.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Figma and strong knowledge of its layout and design tools.
• Excellent visual design skills in layout, typography, composition and color.
• High attention to detail and ability to adapt visual assets to different brand identities.
• Experience creating digital marketing, presentation or branded content.
• Ability to work independently and move quickly through short, project‑based assignments.
• Advanced English proficiency and clear professional communication.
• Based in Latin America with availability for part‑time work (≈20 h/week).
