Process Documentation Expert (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology consulting firm with a remote-first team of 4,000+ people, is hiring a Process Documentation Expert. You will run discovery sessions with busy stakeholders and turn complex operational processes into clear, accurate documentation so teams can run workflows independently.

Key responsibilities

• Run 45-60 minute discovery sessions with process owners across Talent Acquisition, Operations and Finance, extracting complete workflow information
• Create step-by-step guides, visual flowcharts, checklists and decision trees
• Validate documentation accuracy with stakeholders and test it with end users
• Upload, version and maintain process documentation in Confluence

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in process documentation, business analysis or operational excellence
• Proven track record documenting complex operational processes
• Experience working with managers, analysts and leads to extract process knowledge
• Background in documentation for knowledge management systems; hands-on visual content creation
• Advanced English proficiency
• Nice to have: HR/Talent Acquisition operations experience, project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com), and familiarity with flowcharts, swimlane diagrams and decision trees
