About the role
St. Patrick School is looking for enthusiastic early childhood education students to join our team as a Preschool Teacher Assistant for the 2026‑27 school year. In this supportive environment, you will help nurture academic and interpersonal growth for young learners.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering daily classroom activities.
- Support children during lessons, playtime, and transitions.
- Prepare instructional materials and classroom resources.
- Monitor student behavior and ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
- Provide individualized attention to students as needed.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Education or Psychology program.
- Passionate about working with young children.
- Strong commitment to fostering student excellence.
Required skills
- English language proficiency (oral and written).
