Planner I – Operational Planning & Execution Support

About the role

Jabil is seeking a Planner I to serve as the operational planning and execution support interface for commissioning activities within the Tetris account. The role provides remote support to the Memphis site, with occasional on‑site visits, ensuring visibility of scheduling, material readiness, and execution tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all commissioning coordination and observation calls to align planning, operations, and site execution.
• Provide timely scheduling updates and maintain failure logs and Procore tracking tools for accurate status reporting.
• Review material availability to support execution readiness and prevent delays.
• Develop and maintain a feasible execution plan aligned to site commissioning requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution and timely escalation of risks.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of planning coordination, scheduling, and execution support in operational environments.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP, and tracking tools.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional and customer‑facing coordination calls.
• Ability to interpret operational schedules, status reports, and execution constraints.
• Fluent conversational and written English.

Required skills

• SAP (ERP/MRP) proficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, macros, data analysis).
• Procore tracking tool usage.
