Planner I

About the role

Jabil is seeking a Planner I to support commissioning activities for the Tetris account. The role provides remote operational planning and execution support for the Memphis site while working from the Dominican Republic office.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in commissioning coordination calls to align planning, operations, and site execution.
• Provide timely scheduling updates and maintain visibility of commissioning milestones.
• Maintain failure logs and Procore tracking tools for accurate status reporting.
• Review material availability to ensure execution readiness and avoid delays.
• Support development and maintenance of a feasible execution plan aligned with site requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to escalate risks or constraints promptly.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of planning coordination, scheduling, and execution support in operational environments.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP, and tracking tools.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional and customer‑facing calls.
• Ability to interpret operational schedules, status reports, and execution constraints.
• Problem‑solving skills to address planning and execution gaps.
• Valid passport and U.S. visa are highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, macros, data analysis).
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP/MRP systems.
• Familiarity with Procore tracking tools.
