Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Performance Marketing Specialist will drive measurable growth for Lisinski Law Firm by planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across major digital platforms. The role focuses on lead generation, conversion, and brand expansion through data‑driven advertising strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimize paid campaigns on Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate leads and conversions.
• Manage campaign pacing, budgets, and daily performance to meet ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion targets.
• Analyze audience behavior, search trends, and platform insights to refine targeting and improve performance.
• Provide actionable insights to marketing and creative teams and conduct competitor and market analysis.
• Test emerging channels, formats, and opportunities to scale lead generation while staying current on platform updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 2‑3+ years of experience in business or marketing analysis, media analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong hands‑on experience managing paid search campaigns and strategic optimizations.

Required skills

• Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics.
• Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Salesforce, HubSpot or other CRM systems.
• Google Tag Manager.
