Paid Media Project Manager (Remote, Santo Domingo)

About the role

Blacksmith Agency runs PPC, SEO and paid media programs for clients across the US. As Paid Media Project Manager, you own the delivery of that marketing work: campaign launches, SEO roadmaps, reporting and the client relationship around them. You keep projects on time and on budget, keep clients informed and keep internal teams unblocked. This is a full-time remote delivery seat open to candidates in Latin America or South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
• Track scope, flag risks early and drive tasks to completion.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• PM tooling such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar.
