Operator – Manufacturing Production

About the role
The Operator ensures compliance with production plans, maintains efficient line output, and follows internal work instructions, safety rules, and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and supervise front‑end manufacturing processes such as wafer, component, and semi‑product preparation.
- Process components or products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Perform basic machine setup and CNC/SPS programming when required.
- Cooperate with maintenance technicians or external service providers on repair issues.
Required profile
- Executes assigned tasks and reports any failures or dysfunctions to supervisors.
- Adheres to all work rules and EHS regulations applicable to the tasks.
