Operator

About the role

The Operator is responsible for maintaining efficient production line output while complying with internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations. This role supports the front‑end manufacturing processes, ensuring that wafers, components and semi‑products are prepared and processed according to specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with production plans and maintain overall efficiency of the assigned production line.
• Adhere to internal work instructions, safety rules and EHS regulations.
• Contribute to unit budgeting, allocate resources and keep manufacturing costs within plan.
• Execute and supervise front‑end processes such as preparation of wafers, components or semi‑products and monitor related hand‑stock.
• Process components, semi‑products or finished products according to quality standards and specifications.
• Perform basic machine‑related setup and, when required, CNC or SPS programming.
• Cooperate with maintenance technicians and external service providers to resolve repair issues.
• Report any failure or dysfunctionality to the responsible supervisor.
