Operations Project Manager II

About the role

The Operations Project Manager II will lead medium to high‑complexity projects from concept through launch, applying proven project‑management methodology to support Jabil’s strategic objectives. This role collaborates with multi‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Define concise project goals, objectives, and KPIs while managing scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
• Develop statements of work, business proposals, functional requirements, project plans, and implementation schedules.
• Conduct risk reviews, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead cross‑functional, cross‑cultural teams, providing direction, motivation, and mentorship.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, senior leadership, and customers, delivering status updates and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 + years of experience, including at least 1 year leading projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and form strong multi‑functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information to management and customers.
• Detail‑oriented, high performance orientation, and sound judgment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using SAP or similar integrated enterprise systems.
• Project management methodologies; PMP certification preferred.
