Operador/a de Call Center Bilingüe (Español/Inglés)

About the role

We are expanding the contact‑center team of a group of five aesthetic clinics in Santo Domingo. As a bilingual Call Center Operator you will be the first point of contact for patients and clients, handling both sales and service interactions in Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Manage inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and social media.
• Schedule, confirm and reschedule appointments in the booking system.
• Follow up leads through the sales funnel to achieve individual and team targets.
• Provide clear information about services, processes and availability.
• Resolve questions, requests and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Record all interactions in the CRM and keep data up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with all clinic locations to ensure a consistent experience.

Required profile

• Fluent oral and written English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Previous experience in a call‑center, sales, telemarketing or customer‑service role (preferred).
• Strong communication, active listening and negotiation abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with ability to work with performance indicators.
• Professional, empathetic and solution‑focused attitude.
• Availability to work on‑site in Santo Domingo and rotate among available shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Basic computer skills, including spreadsheet software.
• Email handling.
• WhatsApp Business usage.
