About the role

The position is a bilingual Call Center Representative for a group of five aesthetic clinics based in Miami, expanding its contact center operations to Santo Domingo. The role serves as the first point of contact for patients and clients, handling both sales and customer service in Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Manage inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments in the system.
• Follow up on leads until conversion, meeting individual and team targets.
• Provide clear information about services, processes, and availability.
• Resolve questions, requests, and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Record all interactions in the CRM and keep data up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with all clinic locations to ensure a consistent experience.

Required profile

• Fluent oral and written English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Previous experience in call center, sales, telemarketing, or customer service is desirable.
• Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to work with performance indicators.
• Professional, empathetic, and solution‑focused attitude.
• Availability to work on‑site in Santo Domingo and rotate among available shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Basic computer tools, including Excel.
• Experience using WhatsApp Business for business communication.
