Online Instructor – Construction Costing & Budgeting

About the role

EDUTEC is seeking experienced professionals to join its virtual faculty as online instructors for Construction Costing and Budgeting. The role involves delivering live classes to adult learners, covering topics such as cost estimation, material and labor quantification, and budget preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive live sessions on construction cost management.
• Guide students through the preparation of detailed construction budgets.
• Explain methods for quantifying materials and labor requirements.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a high standard of educational quality in a virtual environment.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree in a construction‑related field.
• Extensive professional experience in construction cost estimation and budgeting.
• Prior experience teaching at the higher‑education level is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage virtual classrooms and engage groups.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality educational content.

What we offer
