About the role

The Mortgage Processing Officer will provide captured and referred clients with fast, efficient, and high-quality service throughout the mortgage loan lifecycle. Working at a customer-facing station, the officer will guide applicants through request capture, documentation collection, loan tracking, and resolution of service inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Offer mortgage products to clients in accordance with established policies and protocols.
• Capture loan applications, verify required documentation, and monitor the progress of each mortgage file.
• Respond promptly to client complaints and service requests, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain courteous interaction with visitors and telephone contacts, upholding the company’s service standards.
• Follow internal procedures and regulatory guidelines throughout the loan processing cycle.

Required profile

• Student in the final term of Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing or related fields.
• Previous experience in administrative or business environments, preferably with customer-service exposure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
