About the role

The Recovery Officer for the North Zone will lead on‑site and telephone collection activities to reduce delinquency rates. The role ensures effective portfolio recovery in line with contractual agreements while maintaining ethical and respectful interactions with debtors, co‑debtors, and guarantors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field and phone collection actions for overdue accounts.
• Monitor payment agreements and follow up on commitments.
• Support legal and judicial collection processes.
• Prepare and review basic legal documents related to the portfolio.
• Locate and engage difficult customers to recover accounts.
• Record all activities and outcomes in the internal system.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled university student in Law, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in collections (preferably field) or sales.
• Basic understanding of legal processes and collection regulations (desired).
• Own vehicle with up‑to‑date documentation and a valid driver’s license.
• Full availability to travel across provinces.
