职位概况

负责医药行业内部培训，涵盖需求调研、课程设计、课件开发、授课及效果评估，提升员工药品知识和业务能力。

主要职责

开展培训需求调研，制定培训方案。
设计课程结构，开发高质量课件。
组织并实施现场或线上授课。
评估培训效果，持续改进。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，药学、临床医学等相关专业优先。
3年以上医药行业工作经验，2年以上企业内训或培训管理经验。
具备扎实的药品知识，了解药品机理与临床应用。
普通话标准，表达清晰，具备优秀演讲授课能力。

必备技能

熟练使用PPT等办公软件，独立制作课件。
