Merchandiser

About the role

Join Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, as a Merchandiser responsible for ensuring product visibility and availability in retail points of sale. You will work directly with store department heads to negotiate shelf space, maintain product rotation, and implement planograms that align with the brand’s execution strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Implement product placement and display according to the FEFO methodology, monitoring expiration dates and prioritizing shelf space.
• Negotiate shelf and linear space with department heads to maximize product visibility.
• Maintain shelf stock levels, perform product replenishment, cleaning, and rotation based on FIFO principles.
• Report inventory status, incidents, and competitor actions to the store supervisor.
• Ensure POP material is correctly placed in stores.
• Prepare and submit operational reports according to the monthly schedule.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachiller) or current university student, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• Strong interest in retail execution and willingness to work on‑site in the Distrito Nacional area.
• Ability to work full‑time and manage multiple store visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
