Medical Marketing Specialist

About the role

As a Medical Marketing Specialist you will design and implement communication strategies that enhance Nestlé Nutrition’s scientific reputation among healthcare professionals. You will translate scientific insights into compelling marketing programs that support business goals while adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch medical marketing initiatives aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Analyse HCP insights, market trends and competitor activity to identify engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Compliance, Marketing and external agencies to produce scientific and promotional materials.
• Plan and execute scientific events, congresses, webinars and educational activities for healthcare professionals.
• Support omnichannel engagement through CRM systems and digital platforms.
• Monitor project performance, budgets and KPIs, recommending continuous improvements.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards, the WHO Code and Nestlé policies.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Nutrition, Health Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical, healthcare or nutrition marketing.
• Strong understanding of scientific communication and HCP engagement.
• Proven experience managing scientific events, campaigns and external stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, multicultural teams.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
