Marketing Analyst – Greater Caribbean

About the role

The Marketing Analyst for the Greater Caribbean will drive operational execution for the Home Care category, supporting brand teams throughout the new product life‑cycle. The role ensures flawless new product readiness and activation across the Dominican Republic while monitoring performance for timely corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Brand Managers and New Product Coordinators to track all Greater Caribbean Region launches and execute innovation action items.
• Lead the regulatory process for the assigned category, handling risk assessments, exceptions, and product registrations.
• Drive sourcing milestones and act as power user for product‑related tools (MDGM, Veeva, BEAT, Stibo) to manage SKU creation, claims, artwork, and product details.
• Maintain the GCR innovation tracker, identify performance gaps and raise them to the Brand Manager for corrective action.
• Map and maintain category portfolios across sourcing sites, contract manufacturers, and co‑packers to provide regional visibility.
• Consolidate and track regional advertising budgets and support preparation of Factbooks and Share of Market highlights.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management or related roles.
• Advanced English level (verbal and written).
• Presentation skills (preferred).
