Marketing Account Manager – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Account Manager to join our remote team, supporting small businesses across Latin America. You will guide clients through a structured digital marketing program, helping them grow using cost‑effective strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of small‑business clients as their dedicated account manager.
• Lead monthly video calls to present tailored marketing programs.
• Set up and implement email marketing, social media management, SEO and other tools.
• Educate clients on best practices and industry‑specific opportunities.
• Use the UENI platform to address client needs and demonstrate growth potential.
• Collaborate with internal content, product, and support teams for a seamless experience.
• Onboard users to UENI’s services and troubleshoot marketing‑related questions.
• Contribute to improving the marketing curriculum for small‑business success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, media, or consulting.
• Proven success working with small‑business clients.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills in English.
• Comfortable leading video conversations.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping small businesses grow.
