Maintenance Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our Maintenance team in Santiago de los Caballeros. This administrative position coordinates preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance across multiple facilities while supporting the Maintenance Manager with project planning and transportation services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance programs using the maintenance management system.
• Analyze, prioritize and manage work requests, allocating resources to meet operational needs.
• Source spare parts, technical solutions and maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Coordinate transportation and delivery of materials, spare parts, equipment and personnel.
• Supervise employee transportation services and monitor route performance.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and support engineering and operational projects.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs, prepare analytical reports and present results to production teams and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance planning.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
